Boxed Qualities of Practice: Pairs (with user Guide)

PAIRS is a leadership learning pack for leaders to strengthen key relationships and to grow their relational effectiveness. It is a reciprocal process where you and each one of your key relationships benefit.

PAIRS can rapidly give you a deep understanding of your relational leadership capacity, inviting you to bring more to your shared leadership with others.

PAIRS consists of:

Inside the box there is:

1 Fundamentals booklet

2 Exercise Booklets

2 packs of Qualities of Practice Cards® each containing 52 ‘Qualities’ cards and two blank cards, in a solid transparent box and an outer sleeve.

The Exercises booklet provides tips, guidance and 12 step by step exercises for two people to work through together, mapping the cards, then leading you both through a series of questions to gain learning and insight on your relational leadership. Each exercise ends with guidance on expanding your leadership practice. The exercises can be repeated many times according to different leadership situations and different key relationships.
